FLORIDA FANTASY HOMES INTERNATIONAL RATE POLICIES
*Rates are per night plus 13% Tax. *Cleaning Fee applies for stays less than five (5) nights during low season and seven (7) nights during high season, minimum of two (2) nights stay required.
Additional Hires: BBQ Grill- High Chair, Baby Crib, Rollaway Bed, Cell Phones and others, available upon request for and extra of $35 per stay.
Pool heater is additional charge of $35 per day (minimum 3 days). Please note all extras hires and pool heat must apply 13% sales tax.
Your reservation will be confirmed and your questions answered within 24 hours.
No credit card information is required to make your booking request, simply fill out the reservation form and at the time your reservation is confirmed, details for payment we'll be forwarded. It's that simple!!!!
